Sexual Health Awareness and Disease Education (SHADE)

SHADE offers medically-accurate information about sexual health, and provides free safer sex supplies to students. All SHADE resources are developed to be LGBTQ+ inclusive.

Boynton Health

Boynton Health provides comfortable, culturally responsive healthcare for LGBTQ+ patients. Boynton offers contraception, pregnancy testing, HIV and STI testing and treatment, PrEP, and gender-affirming hormone provision. Learn more on Boynton's Safer Sex 101 webpage.

Planned Parenthood

Planned Parenthood has information and videos on Safer Sex.

Bedsider

Bedsider has a friendly interface for looking at many different contraceptive methods and comparing them to one another. A great resource if you are just starting to explore contraceptive methods.

Scarleteen

Although more youth-directed, Scarleteen is a good starting point that includes LGBTQIA specific concerns and uses inclusive language.

Beforeplay

The Colorado Department of Health and Environment created BeforePlay.org, a website covering more common and less common STIs.
