ISSS Fee
ISSS charges the following administrative fee for preparing Labor Certification applications, payable by University EFS. Department of Labor regulations require that employers pay expenses required for preparation of the Labor Certification. This fee cannot be recouped from employees.
- $3,300: Charged at the point the Labor Certification application is submitted to the Department of Labor
USCIS Fees
USCIS fees are required at various stages of the permanent residency application process. All checks should be made payable to the Department of Homeland Security, written in full.
- I-140: $700 (Must be paid by the department)
- Premium Processing: $2,500 (Optional; may be paid by department or employee)
- I-485: $1,225 for each applicant (May be paid by department or employee)
For checks provided by the department, use EFS vendor code: 0000000054. You may select any address when requesting the check, but the check must be given to ISSS, not mailed directly to that address. Please request all fees as separate checks.
