Congratulations on your admission to the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities! The UMN is one of the nation's top public research universities.
Students who are admitted must confirm their enrollment. When you confirm your enrollment, you are declaring your intent to attend the University of Minnesota, and we will hold a place for you in the incoming class.
To declare your intent to enroll and reserve your place in the incoming class, do the following items to confirm your enrollment today:
- Confirm your enrollment
- Claim your UMN account
- Submit an Undergraduate New Student I-20 Request through MyISSS. Please note: If you attempt to access this form before or on the same day that you confirm your enrollment, you will get the message "Access Denied." Please try again 1–3 days later, and email [email protected] if you are still unable to access the form.
Once you have completed these steps, ISSS can begin the process of issuing you an I-20 (F-1 students) or DS-2019 (J-1 students) document. Your I-20/DS-2019 will be sent to you along with helpful information bout becoming a new student at the University of Minnesota.
Once you complete classes at your previous school, you must also submit your final transcript to the Office of Admissions.
