Sarah Krueger is the Associate Director of Sponsored Students in ISSS, joining in 2017. Sarah works closely with sponsored students and their sponsoring organizations to assist with academic and program goals.
She previously worked in Washington, D.C. at American Councils for International Education in the Higher Education programs department focusing on fellowships in Eastern Europe and Eurasia. She is a recent graduate of the Master of Human Rights program, a joint program through the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs and College of Liberal Arts, concentrating on immigration policy. Sarah holds a B.A. in Russian Language and Literature and Spanish Studies from the University of Minnesota and a Certificate of Pastry Arts from L’Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg, MD. Sarah has studied abroad in Russia and Uruguay, where she focused her studies on language acquisition.
