Isensee
Beth Isensee, M.A., is an Associate Director at International Student and Scholar Services and has worked in the International Education field for over 20 years. Beth’s work focuses on valuing and integrating international students as a critical aspect to the University’s internationalizing the campus and curriculum effort. In her current role, Beth oversees the Student Engagement, Sponsored Student and Exchange Student areas of ISSS.
Before joining ISSS, Beth began her journey in international education as English as a Foreign Language Peace Corps volunteer in the Slovak Republic from 2000 – 2002. She completed her M.A. degree in Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology at the University of Minnesota.
She loves animals, science fiction, hiking and card games. She hopes to improve her ukulele and knitting skills!
