Molly is the Associate Director of Scholar Advising at ISSS, and oversees immigration advising and services for international faculty, staff, and scholars across the University system campuses. She has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish, International Studies, and Communication/Business from Augustana University, and a master’s degree in English (Teaching English as a Second Language) from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Prior to starting at ISSS in 2012, Molly taught English in South Korea and was an international student advisor, working primarily with F-1/J-1 students. Molly has served in leadership positions through the Minnesota International Educators group and NAFSA: Association of International Educators.
