Join us for a day of connection, resources, and fun at the Global Gopher Experiences (GGE) Academic Success Day and ISSS Welcome! This event is designed to support ALL new international students as we begin the new academic year!

Brief Schedule: 

• 8:30- 9:00 am: Check-in Starts!
• 9:00 - 11:00 am: ISSS Welcome Session for Graduate & Professional Students
• 11:00 - 1:00 pm: Academic Exploration Fair
• 11:45 - 1:00 pm: Global Gopher Caucus In-Person Welcome
• 2:00 - 4:00 pm: ISSS Transfer & Exchange Student Welcome Session
• Throughout the day:
  • Informational workshops (Career Success, Grad Intercom, How to Avoid Scams, Tax sessions, Student Panels, and more!)
  • Academic Resource Tours across the East Bank campus
  • In the afternoon: Intro to Campus Bike Ride with Parking & Transportation Services (PTS)! 

Reminder - on Sept 1, MELP will host the MN Battery Test at 5 pm as well!

Lunch will be provided.
