Are you an international undergraduate student ready to grow as a leader? Whether you're an experienced student leader or just starting your leadership journey, our G.L.O.W. retreat is designed to help you discover your strengths and lead with confidence!
During this experience, you will:
- Explore your strengths and embrace your identities to become a more inclusive and effective leader
- Engage in hands-on exercises using assessment tools to sharpen your communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Walk away with a personal leadership philosophy, defined goals, and practical strategies to thrive in diverse teams
Registration is required. You must be available for both days to be considered.
