The International Student Leadership Retreat for Graduate & Professional International Students is scheduled for March 7, 2025, from 9 a.m- 7 p.m. at Bruininks 131 B. Lunch and dinner will be provided.
This full-day retreat, co-hosted by ISSS and the Graduate School, is designed for international Master’s, PhD, and professional students, as well as postdoctoral scholars at UMN, who want to develop leadership skills and personal competencies. Through this experience, you'll gain:
- A Gold Digital Badge: Certification from the Graduate School to showcase your leadership growth.
- An Actionable Individual Development Plan (IDP): A personalized roadmap for your leadership and career journey.
- Critical Feedback & Critical Discussion on Leadership: Enhance your ability to give and receive critical feedback as well as lead impactful and thoughtful discussions.
