Form I-765 for OPT and STEM OPT: An F-1 student can add the Premium Processing fee at the time they submit their OPT or STEM OPT application to USCIS. They can also wait and add the fee at a later date.
Form I-539 for Change of Visa Status: Applicants seeking to change to F-1, F-2, J-1, or J-2 status can add the Premium Processing fee at the time they submit their Change of Status application to USCIS. They can also wait and add the fee at a later date.
