The University Recreation and Wellness Outdoor Center provides participants with alternative recreation experiences revolving around the great outdoors. Each semester, there is a full schedule of Trips and Clinics to introduce participants to the fundamentals of outdoor adventure skills and environmental ethics. Activities range from backpacking to ice climbing, both locally and nationally.

The Outdoor Center is also a great resource for the experienced outdoor recreation enthusiast. A resource library is available to help individuals plan their next trip, and a full line of gear is available through their Equipment Rental program.
