Housing at the UMN

You are responsible for finding your own housing during the iSuccess program. If you are new to the University of Minnesota Campus, we strongly recommend staying at the International Reception Center.

If you are staying in on-campus housing (residence halls) during the fall semester, the IRC is a convenient and affordable option you can stay in until you can move into your fall room.

If you will be living off-campus, the IRC is a convenient, affordable, stress free place to stay while you take your time looking for permanent housing.  As the iSuccess schedule is very busy, you won’t have a lot of time to search for housing this week, so the IRC is an easy option and you won’t have to feel rushed to find another place to live.

See more information on the International Reception Center and other temporary housing options.
