There are several events happening around campus for students wishing to prepare for work after they graduate.

February 6: H-1B Information Workshop (Spring 2019)

DATE: Wednesday, February 6
TIME: 3:30-5:00pm (+30 minutes for questions)

This session will focus exclusively on the H-1B visa, the differences between “cap-subject” and “cap-exempt” petitions, and the latest news on processing times. The information is about H-1B employment in the U.S. except at the University of Minnesota. Craig Peterson will be the presenter.  Mr. Peterson is an immigration attorney with over 20 years of immigration law experience. He has experience advising UMN international students, scholars, and employees.
