H1N1 flu (swine flu) information,
weblinks, advice, plans and
resources from the University of Minnesota and International Student and
Scholar Services
The central University Emergency Preparedness Team (UEPT) is
coordinating communication and action for all University personnel,
including international students and scholars, so pay attention to the
UEPT communication updates which are emailed to all students and staff.
UEPT also has a H1N1 flu website with lots of
information and links to health and government sites.
ISSS staff are fully engaged in monitoring and planning related to the
swine flu situation with the central University Emergency Preparedness
Team and is keeping that Team informed of any special issues/concerns
that affect our clientèle.
ISSS staff is actively planning to offer information, resources and
assistance to international students and scholars if the situation
becomes more serious.
International students and scholars are encouraged to talk to an ISSS
advisor if they have questions or concerns.
